Welcome to KONE Investment Platform ("KONE", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and all related services provided by KONE. By registering an account, depositing funds, or otherwise using our platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, completely understood, and expressly agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all usage of the KONE platform. We reserve the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Your continued use of the platform after any such modifications constitutes your formal acceptance of the updated terms.
To access the earning potential of KONE, you must create an account. You agree to provide strictly accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, valid email address, and a secure password.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. KONE will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your login details. Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting), submitting false identification, or attempting to artificially manipulate the platform's referral or task systems, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate and permanent account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action.
KONE operates on a structured tier system. All participants are explicitly required to activate an approved investment plan (e.g., VIP 1 through VIP 8) before they are permitted to perform daily tasks, accumulate rewards, or participate in the referral bonus program.
Activating an investment plan requires depositing real currency into your KONE wallet. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds utilized are obtained legally and that you are fully authorized to use the payment methods associated with your account.
Users enrolled in an active VIP plan will receive access to daily tasks (e.g., watching assigned YouTube promotional content). These daily tasks are distributed on a strict schedule and must be completed within the assigned time frame (before midnight of the respective day).
Uncompleted tasks will automatically expire at midnight. Expired tasks absolutely cannot be carried forward, reclaimed, or compensated retroactively under any circumstances. Earnings from successfully completed tasks will be credited to the user's KONE account balance immediately, subject to automated system verification of task completion.
KONE processes all withdrawal requests strictly on a weekly basis. All withdrawals are processed exclusively on Saturdays.
Withdrawal requests submitted after the weekly processing deadline will automatically be queued and carried forward to the following Saturday. Users must meet the designated minimum withdrawal threshold (as specified in their VIP tier details) before the system will authorize a cashout request. KONE reserves the absolute right to manually verify user accounts, task legitimacy, and referral validity before approving and processing any withdrawal. Any irregularities discovered during this audit will result in payout denial.
Deposited funds are eligible for a refund strictly within seven (7) calendar days of the initial deposit date, provided that the user has not withdrawn any task earnings or referral bonuses associated with that deposit.
Once the stringent seven-day refund window has expired, or if the user has engaged in earning activities, all deposits are considered absolutely final. Beyond this window, deposits are strictly non-refundable, except where explicitly mandated by applicable statutory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
CRITICAL INVESTMENT RISK NOTICE: Investing capital through the KONE platform involves inherent financial risk. The value of your investment may fluctuate, and you may make a profit or potentially lose part or all of your invested capital. Market dynamics, platform sustainability, and user activity all factor into the ecosystem's health.
By investing, you explicitly acknowledge, understand, and accept these risks. KONE makes no absolute guarantees regarding daily profits, long-term returns, or protection against systemic losses. You agree to hold KONE, its directors, employees, and affiliates entirely harmless from any financial damages, losses, or liabilities resulting from your participation in the platform.
KONE reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform, including task rewards, referral bonuses, VIP tier pricing, and withdrawal limits, at any time and at our sole discretion. We may also terminate or restrict your access to the platform without prior notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms and Conditions.
By clicking "Sign Up", checking the agreement box, or continuing to utilize the KONE platform, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction, and you have read, comprehended, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by this entire Terms and Conditions agreement.
